拉丁舞对女大学生自我效能感和形态的影响

摘    要:研究目的:研究拉丁舞锻炼对女大学生一般自我效能感和身体形态的影响。研究方法:采用问卷调查法和测试对比法,对郑州轻工业学院拉丁舞班的女大学生在锻炼前后进行一般自我效能感问卷调查和身体形态测试。研究结果和结论:结果显示,拉丁舞班的女大学生的一般自我效能感优于锻炼前,体重、体脂率和腰臀比和锻炼前有明显差异。因此,长期参加拉丁舞锻炼可提高大学生的一般自我效能感,降低脂肪体重,减少体内脂肪含量,改善体脂分布。

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of Latin dance on college girls general self-efficacy and body shape. Using questionnaire survey and grouping test,this paper studies the change of general self-efficacy and body shape for college girls who study Latin dance before and after. The result shows that the indexes of the general self-efficacy are better. The body weight,the fat rate and the waist hip ratio are different.
