星型偏移平衡测试在两种地面的相关性研究

摘    要:目的比较大学生在水泥地面与塑胶地面上平衡能力的相关性。方法采用星型偏移平衡测试来评价36名四川师范大学本科生和研究生在水泥地面与塑胶地面上平衡能力的表现,然后使用SPSS22.0对测试结果进行偏相关分析和配对t检验。结果 r介于0.539至0.802之间得出在水泥地面与塑胶地面上各方向之间得分值都具有较高的相关性P<0.01,而且该差异受性别、年龄、体重、身高、腿长、BMI等因素的影响极低。结论被试者在塑胶地面上的平衡能力明显比水泥地面上的平衡能力要好;被试者在右前方、前方、左前方、右方这4个方向的平衡能力较为突出。

Abstract:Objective To compare the differences and correlations of the balance ability between the cement floor and the plastic ground. Methods The balance performance of 36 undergraduates and postgraduates in cement floor and plastic ground was evaluated by using the Star Excursion Balance Test. Then the partial correlation analysis and paired t test were used to test the results. Results The r values ranged from 0.539 to 0.802, which showed that there was a high correlation between the scores of the cement ground and the plastic ground, P <0.01 showed very significant difference, Age, weight, height, leg length, BMI and other factors very low. Conclusion The balance ability of the subjects on the plastic floor is better than that on the cement ground. The balance ability of the subjects in the four directions, right front, front, left front and right, is more prominent.
