| 摘 要： | 中国各级各类足球后备人才培养机构和现行的青少年足球竞赛、训练体制在诸多方面出现了不合理、不规范、无秩序的现象,制约了足球后备人才培养的发展。如何适应市场经济的要求,借鉴外国足球人才培养发展经验,寻求一种新型的适应中国国情的足球后备人才培养的模式是当前中国足球发展迫在眉睫的需要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Each level and each kind of soccer reserve personnel training organization and present competition and training system of teenager in China appeared the phenomenon of substandard,disorder in many aspects.It restricted the development of soccer reserve personnel training development.Which are the issues that Chinese football development should be solved soon include how to adapt the market economy′s request,profit from foreign experience,seeking a new training model which suit for Chinese national condition. |
