| 摘 要： | 红水河流域少数民族传统体育项目繁多,内容丰富多彩,具有民族性、地域性、竞技性、娱乐性、表演健身性以及广泛的群众性等特点.红水河流域少数民族传统体育历史悠久、源远流长,是各民族人民长期生活实践的结晶,与生产、生活息息相关.因此,挖掘、整理和系统研究红水河流域少数民族传统体育,对保持红水河流域少数民族传统体育文化特色,弘扬红水河流域少数民族传统体育文化具有重的作用.

| Abstract: | There are many kinds of traditional sport items,abundant and colorful contents, which have the characteristics of nationality,region,competitivity,amusement,performing and building bodies and so on.The minority traditional sports in the red water river area have a long history and a far long source.They are the crystal of people's practice in each race for a long time.It's with high value to excavate,cordinate and study systematically traditional sports for maintaining the characteristics and expanding culture of the traditional sports in the red water river area. |
