| 摘 要： | BOT是各国广泛运用于基础设施和公共工程项目建设的一种现代新型投资方式.将BOT投资方式引入我国的公共体育场馆设施的建设中,有助于解决我国目前体育事业发展中所面临的资金、技术及经营管理方面的问题.作者在阐述BOT融资方式特征的基础上,通过对在我国公共体育场馆建设中采用BOT项目融资方式的可行性分析,得出BOT融资方式可以作为我国公共体育场馆建设的基本模式,并且进一步为体育场馆建设设计了BOT融资的基本程序和运作框架.

| Abstract: | Using BOT to build fundamental construction and public project is a new style of investment and finance.It is good to solve the problems in fund and technique and manage which sports development being faced with in our country to use BOT in building public sports sites and stadium.Based on the specification on the characteristics of BOT,we analyze the feasibility of applying BOT in the stadium finance,and then we draw a conclusion that BOT is suitable to the public stadium in China,further more,this essay puts forward the basic steps and framework to operation. |
