| 摘 要： | 由于众所周知的原因,女生体育教学从形式到效果都不及男生,体育对女大学生的影响力十分有限,其中既有女性身体的客观因素,也有教学活动主体的主观问题.研究证明,注重兴趣的快乐体育是提高女生体育课教学效果的良方.

| Abstract: | It is well known that physical education for female college students is less effective than it does to their male counterparts.This ineffectiveness stems from the following Sources:one is objective factors of female physical characteristics,the other the existing physical education curriculum itself.Emphasis on the theory of interest oriented physical education has been proved by research to be a key to existing physical education curriculum design for female college students. |
