| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对素质教育下我国高校体育教学方法改革进行研究。结果表明，更新观念、明确教学目标、教学内容与教学方法同步改革、更新体育教学考评方法、综合性选择体育教学方法才能更好的推进新时期高校体育教学方法改革，才能促进教学质量的不断提高，最大程度的促进学生全面发展。

| Abstract: | The article,adopting the methods of document material,visiting specialist and logical analysis,researches into the reform of PE teaching methods in colleges and universities under the quality education.The research suggests the questions in order to promote the reform of PE teaching methods in colleges and universities under the quality education,promote the ultimate goal of continual improvement of teaching and helping students to develop in an all-round way at utmost.We must renew the idea,clear the teaching aims,synchronize the content of courses and teaching methods,renew the teaching appraisal and integrated choice. |
