摘    要:在多年体育教育专业的教学实践中发现,学生在同样的教育情境下学习,其学业成绩却大不相同,为了探明影响学生学业成绩的主观因素,运用教育与教学、心理测量等理论,采用文献资料法、心理测量法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对体育教育专业学生的成就动机、学习态度与其学业成绩之间的关系及相互影响的程度与机制进行了研究。结果表明:成就动机、学习态度与学生学业成绩的关系是极为复杂的,但总的看来,成就动机与学习态度及其协同作用对学业成绩具有重要影响。

Abstract:The author finds in years of teaching practice that the students have got quite different achievements in the same education situation. In order to explore into the subjective factors wihich have effect on the achievements of the students,the author,in the light of education and teaching theory as well as theory of psychological test,makes a detailed study of the achievement motive,the relationship,the mutual effect degree and its mechanism between the study attitude and academic achievements,the findings of which show that while the relationship between achievement motive,study attitude and the academic achievements of the students is complicated,achievement motive and study attitude along with their interaction generally exert a great impact on the academic achievements of the students.
