| 摘 要： | 探索性的将团体心理辅导引入高校公共体育教学中,以体育教学活动为载体,团体心理辅导为手段,分别对篮球、羽毛球和健美操选项课进行优化教学设计,为体育教学中培养大学生的合作能力提供科学依据和实施方式。

| Abstract: | The article explores the introduction of group counseling public physical education and made a serious teaching design on basketball,badminton and aerobics elective course which physical education activities were been a carriers and group counseling were been a kind of means.The design provides the scientific assis and effective implementation. |
