| 摘 要： | 研究目的:了解武汉中小学青年教师身体锻炼现状.研究方法:文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法.研究对象:武汉市15所中小学的200多名青年教师.结论:(1)教师对《全民健身计划纲要》的内容了解较少(知道并了解内容的比例仅占7.6%);(2)教师参加体育健身活动时间和次数的情况不容乐观;体育人口比例(19.9%)低于全国和武汉市体育人口比例;(3)锻炼的地点以单位体育场所和公共的体育场所为主;(4)锻炼动机以增进健康、消遣娱乐为主;(5)缺乏余暇时间、工作负担重是影响教师身体锻炼的主要因素;(6)教师认为自己是亚健康状态的占多数(62.3%);大部分(68.4%)青年教师对自己的体型比较满意.现有的场地还不能满足需要;需要增加一些体育场地及设施,需社会体育指导员的指导.

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,interview and questionnaire investigation,this research makes investigation on exercise condition of 226 young teachers in 15 elementary and middle schools.Therefore it draws the conclusions as below:The teachers know little about "National Promotion Project"(only 7.6% teachers know actually the Project);The percentage(19.9%) of sport population among the young teachers is lower than the average level of our country and Wuhan city;The main purpose of the teachers participating in sports are be healthier and be relaxation;They usually do exercise at gym of their units or public place;The main difficulties they faced are the lack of time,busy working;Most of them(62.3%) felt they were in subhealthy,but more teachers are satisfied with their body shape.They need more places and equipments to fulfill their need;and they also need athletic counselor to instruct their exercises. |
