| 摘 要： | 应用超声心动技术对20名无系统训练的学生和20名青少年游泳运动员安静、递增负荷运动和恢复状态测试结果表明，运动训练可以使青少年游泳运动员心脏形态和机能产生显著的适应性改变。

| Abstract: | A series of echocardiograms were made on 20 stud ents without systematic training and on 20 youngster swimmers under different ex perimental conditions at rest,during upgrading loads and during recovery,the res ults of the experiment indicated that training could lead to a remarkable ad aptive change in cardiac shapes and functions. |
