| 摘 要： | “学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想”,针对这一点,大学体育教学应以健康为教学目的,修正教学过程。改进锻炼标准。文章从这两个方面进行教学方案分析,对大学体育教学改革作出进一步的探讨,在大学生中充分落实“健康第一”的教育指导思想。

| Abstract: | School education should be guided by the idea of "Health First".For the sake of this,the teaching of college physical educatio n must be carried out with the object of "health",revising the teaching cause, modifying the criterion of exercise.This artide has made some further discuss on teaching reform of college physical education and how to implement it.We mean t o carry the guide of "Health First" into effect. |
