摘    要:脂肪酸转位酶(FAT/CD36)调节骨骼肌线粒体脂肪酸代谢,运动中FAT/CD36不仅增加脂肪酸跨膜转运而且还提高线粒体脂肪酸氧化能力.胰岛素抵抗与FAT/CD36协同调节长链脂肪酸(LCFA)运输、氧化.胰岛素抵抗减少脂肪酸氧化、增加肌肉血脂,线粒体含量减少可能降低骨骼肌LCFA氧化能力.最新研究表明胰岛素抵抗肌肉中...

Abstract:FAT/CD36 modulates fatty acid oxidation in muscular mitochondria,during exercise it doesn't reinforce the process of transmembrane transportation of fatty acid but also improves the ability of oxidizing fatty acid in mitochondria.The coordination between Insulin resistance and FAT/CD36 helps the transportation and oxidation of LCFA.Insulin resistance reduces the fatty acid oxidation but increases the blood lipid in muscle.The reducing amount of mitochondria weakens the ability of muscle oxidizing LCFA.Recen...
