| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查、专家访谈等方法对江苏省高校高水平运动队"一条龙"培养体系的现状及建构策略进行研究。目前江苏省高校高水平运动队中无一支队伍已建构大—中—小"一条龙"升学及训练体系;我省高校所招收的高水平运动员更倾向于"拿来主义",即体工队现役及退役队员、有体校专业训练经历的队员,"成绩至上""锦标主义"等问题仍然突出。通过高校—中学—小学书面协议式挂钩建构运动苗子资源共享和互动系统,建立不同阶段、层次运动苗子的目标体系并其细化,"一条龙"培养体系建构中要摒弃"成绩至上"、"锦标主义"。通过建立各运动项目组织联盟等策略促进江苏省高校高水平运动队"一条龙"培养体系的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and others to study the current status and construction strategy of ＂a dragon＂ training system of high level sports teams in universities in Jiangsu province. The high level sports teams in universities in Jiangsu Province without a team has built large-middle-small ＂a dragon＂ entrance and the training system; our province universities to recruit high-level athletes tend to ＂use doctrine＂ ,which the team active duty, retired members, the school professional training team; ＂Championships＂ wait for a problem to still prominent. Through the university high school primary school through reasonable agreement type hook construction movement seedling resource sharing and interactive system; the establishment of the sports alliance strategy to promote the university high level sports team ＂a dragon＂ healthy development system. |
