| 摘 要： | 通过对广东省皮划艇激流回旋队9名男子运动员夏训期间大运动量周常规生化指标检测结果的分析,发现血红蛋白值持续下降,血尿素氮和血清肌酸激酶值持续上升,表明运动员出现深度疲劳,建议及时进行科学调整和营养膳食补充。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the normal biochemical indicators＇ results of nine male athletes who did the heavy stress training in Guangdong＇s Kayak Slalom Team during Summer Training,this paper finds the hemoglobin values keep on falling,the blood urea nitrogen values and creatine kinase values keep on rising,which indicate the athletes are becoming fatigue.So it suggests giving a scientific adjustment promptly and a nutrition dietary supplement. |
