摘    要:运用文献资料、调查等研究方法对我国优秀女子中长跑运动员陈萍高原训练计划进行了研究。通过对陈萍高原前、中、后训练的运动强度、运动量和训练方法的研究,探讨了陈萍高原前、中、后训练方法、计划安排的特点。研究表明:陈萍高原训练的特点是上高原前强度小,训练量大,主要采用持续跑的训练方法;上高原后训练量略有减少,经过两周的适应期后训练强度增加,并以混合氧训练为主,主要采用间歇跑、重复跑等训练方法;下高原后的前一周以一般耐力训练为主,采用持续跑的训练手段,赛前的专项训练以无氧为主,运动量减少,在训练手段方面,主要采用间歇跑、重复跑为主,兼有氧耐力为辅的训练。

Abstract:By means of literature data,survey and other research methods,Chinese elite female middle and long distance runners Chen Ping’s plateau training programs have been studied.Based on the investigation of exercise intensity,exercise and training methods before,during and after exercise of Chen Ping’s plateau training,it discusses characteristics of these three kinds of exercises of Chen Ping plateau training methods and the plan.Research shows that: the characteristic of Chen Ping’s plateau training is small in intensity with a large amount of training before the plateau training,mainly using continuous running training methods;in the course of the plateau training the volume decreases slightly,and after a training lasting for two weeks the training strength has increased,primarily the mixed oxygen training,and mainly taking the use of intermittent running,repeated running training methods;a week before finishing the plateau training,it focuses on general endurance training,continuous running training means,and before competition it concentrates on special anaerobic training with less exercise,and the training means mainly taking the use of intermittent running,repeated run mainly,supplemented by both aerobic endurance training.
