| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法等,结合目前中国足球裁判员培养目标与形势,对地方高校体育院系在足球裁判员培养体系中的重要作用与资源优势进行分析,指出了地方高校体育院系在学生足球裁判员培养过程中的薄弱环节,在构建稳定有效的地方高校体育院系足球裁判员培养模式过程中应制定学生足球裁判员培养计划,稳定学生足球裁判员培训经费来源,实行学生足球裁判员培训学分取代机制,丰富学生足球裁判员培养方法与途径,严格学生裁判员等级考试与输送环节,规范学生足球裁判员管理与使用机制。

| Abstract: | By means of literature material and interview,this article conducts the significances and advantages of the physical education departments in university to train football referees,and also indicates the shortages in process of referee-training.On how to establish the pattern of student football referee training,the author gave suggestions such as on perfecting the plan,stabilize source of the fund,and so on. |
