摘    要:脏腑内的平滑肌可以通过自主运动诱导和激发反射运动,使其肌肉耐力、肌肉力量和柔韧度达到最佳的状态,并迅速有效促进人体的内分泌的增加,从而达到调节内脏功能,调整内分泌系统,缓解和治疗内分泌系统紊乱等亚健康状态。简便、便易的针对人体脏腑的运动方法,将为现代人树立一种全新的养生概念,并提供一种有效实用的健身、养生新方式。

Abstract:The nonstriated muscles in the viscera are able to induce and stimulate involuntary movements through their voluntary movements,and can thus reach their optimum endurance,strength,and flexibility,in the mean time,quickly and effectively boost the internal secretion of the human body.Consequently,this helps adjust the functions of the internal organs,improve the endocrine system,and relieve and treat such subhealth conditions as endocrine system disorders.Simple and easy ways of exercising viscera are regimental exercise.This represents a brand-new regimen concept,provides an effective and practical way of regimen and preserving health.
