| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,以上海财经大学浙江学院的学生为研究的对象,围绕学生对发展自身体质健康的认识程度、态度、动机及参与形式等数据指标进行分析与评价,分析影响学生体质健康发展的因素,旨在为上海财经大学浙江学院学生自身体质健康发展和学校体育工作改革提供依据,为进一步如何发展学生自身体质健康的教学提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on literature review, expert interview and questionnaires to SUFE Zhejiang College＇s students, the present study analyzes the statistics on the level of college students＇ awareness of developing physical health, motivation, attitude and the participation forms. By assessing the critical factors affecting students＇ physical development,this study aims to provide proof for physical development of students at SUFE Zhejiang College and for reformation of SUFE Zhejiang College＇ physical education. |
