| 摘 要： | 上世纪毛泽东同志基于当时国之难、民之伤,感叹于中华民族的浩劫,书写了《体育之研究》;经历30年改革开放,中华民族再次面临时代转折路口,适时适宜新一代党中央领导人提出"中国梦",从历史角度对二者进行分析与研究,提出新中国的发展是以思想为先驱,以行动做指导拼搏于中华儿女的"中国梦";面向社会,以身心健康为前提,终生体育为方向,快乐体育为主体,达到人的全面发展,使体育适应社会,适应未来发展;注重民族文化与体育趣味性,推进传统文化及特色文化研究,深挖地域文化开发潜力,把符合青少年兴趣特点的区域体育项目引入青少年体育活动。
