| 摘 要： | 分析当前高职体育教学中存在的若干弊病,提出"融课程特点与职业特点"的教学设想,并围绕这一中心设计"拓展训练铺垫——激发、自省、奠定"、"常规项目居中——全面、均衡、发展"、"专项内容垫后——针对、适宜、强化"三大部分,旨在通过全面多样、贴合高职就业特点的课程内容提升高职体育的教学质量。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current there are a number of defects in the teaching of physical education, puts forward ＂melts the course characteristics and the professional characteristics of ＂teaching ideas, and designed three parts which are ＂the training ground, inspire, introspection, establish＂, the ＂regular project center, comprehensive and balanced, development＂, ＂special content after mat- for, appropriate, strengthening the＂ around this center. The aim is to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational sports through comprehensive diversity and joint employment characteristics of higher vocational curriculum content. |
