| 摘 要： | 对瑞可碧橄榄球俱乐部与中小学合作所实施的"运动小健将计划"的背景、现状进行了研究。由俱乐部与学校合作开展的课外体育活动具有一定创新性;但是存在以下问题:1)需要充足的经费支持;2)学生的人身安全保障问题,俱乐部、学校面对意外事故时责任承担的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper aimed to research the background and present situation of the plan of ＂sports for all＂ that was carried out by Shanghai Rugby Football Club （SRFC） and some primary and middle schools in Shanghai. This new form of extracurricular sports activities has the following problems： 1） it need for adequate financial support, otherwise cannot sustainable development; 2）Personal security problems of students. |
