| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法等研究方法,调查湖北省普通高校篮球教练员的基本情况,业务能力、科研水平及管理和使用。结果表明:湖北省普通高校篮球教练员以本校体育教师兼职为主,大多具有本科及研究生学历;职称状况良好,年龄结构合理。存在高水平运动及执教经历不足,专项业务培训欠缺及高水平科研能力不足等问题。

| Abstract: | By questionnaire survey,statistical methods and research methods,basic conditions,business skills,research and management ability of basketball coaches in universities are investigated. The results show that most of the basketball coaches have bachelor or master degree with good condition and reasonable age structure. However,they are lack of coaching experience,special business training and high level research capacity. |
