| 摘 要： | 课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分,是贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想和培养学生"终身体育"能力的重要途径。运用文献资料、问卷调查和数据统计等方法对万年县部分中学生参与课外体育活动的现状进行研究,为万年县提高学校课外体育活动的开展质量,深化学校体育改革提供依据。

| Abstract: | Extracurricular activities are an important part of school sports, which is to carry out ＂The Health Being First＂ guiding ideology and the cultivation of students＇ ability of continuing ＂Lifelong Physical Cul- ture＂. Therefore, this article, by using the literature material law, questionnaire survey and data statistics and other research methods, made a study of the present situation of middle school students＂ extracurricular sports activities in Wannian, to further develop the school extracurricular sports activities with higher the quality and a deeper reform of school physical education by providing a reliable basis. |
