| 摘 要： | 论述了构建新的体育与健康教育新模式的必要性和现实意义,提出了确立多元参与的思想观念和新的体育与健康教育课程体系的构想,实行课内外相结合的教学模式。旨在使学生的身心素质得以全面地提高,为其终身体育打下坚实的基础。
