| 摘 要： | 通过对传统武术与竞技武术在技术特征及价值取向的差异比较，力球深刻把握两者的特点：在技术特征上，传统武术由形架入手，继而求化神还虚，竞技武术更强调动作的规范、统一，以利于竞赛；在价值取向上，传统武术突出以提高技击能力为主体价值的“体用兼备”，而竞技武术则是为参加符合规则的比赛，取得优异的运动成绩。
