| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法梳理幼儿体育基础工程建设面临的机遇与困境。结果表明,我国幼儿体育基础工程是由政府政策引导幼儿体育社会组织和幼儿体育市场机构积极参与的工程体系,其机遇主要是在健康中国战略倡导下,得益于应试教育向素质教育转变,幼儿体育市场潜力巨大;困境主要是社会与市场先热,而政府慢热,受到安全因素制约,缺少幼儿体育相关制度标准以及幼儿体育师资匮乏。提出在此背景下,我国幼儿体育基础工程建设要加快幼儿体育的四要素建设,加强跨域融合运作和构建内外部评价监督体系的建议。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper sorts out the opportunities and difficulties faced by the construction of basic sports projects for children. The results show that China’s early childhood sports foundation project is an engineering system in which social organizations and market institutions of preschool sports are actively involved under the guidance of government policies.The predicament is mainly that society and market start first, while the government is slow, restricted by safety factors, lack of relevant system standards of early childhood sports and lack of teachers of early childhood sports. In this context, it is proposed that the construction of China’s early childhood sports infrastructure should speed up the construction of the 4 elements, strengthen cross-regional integration operation and build an internal and external evaluation and supervision system. |
