| 摘 要： | 通过对健身健康专业人才培养价值的分析，指出在我国体育院校设置健康健身专业的紧迫性与必要性，同时就我国体育院校开设健身健康专业的可行性进行了探讨，指出政策先导、市场需求、体育院校专业优势等都是体育院校开设健身健康专业的条件。
