Abstract: | From the marathon sports characteristics, content, method and means of physical training, the study is aimed at said marathon runner science and the improvement of physical training is of vital importance, and good physical fitness can promote their competitive ability the development of optimization. The paper is also aimed to provide theoretical reference for improving the marathon athlete fitness level. |
