| 摘 要： | 以江苏省常州市6所高中学校15-17岁高中学生为研究对象,采用文献资料、访谈、数量统计分析等方法,对年常州市部分高中学生体质健康现状进行分析。结果发现:常州市高中15岁城市男生和乡村男生BMI具有显著差异;高中15岁城市男生和乡村男生的肺活量体重指数具有显著差异;高中15岁城市男生和乡村男生的1 000m具有极其显著差异;15岁城市男生和乡村男生的握力体重指数具有极其显著差异。并从政府、教育行政部门、学校、家长和学生自身等角度提出相应建议,切实提高高中阶段的身体素质,为大学阶段的身体打下好的基础,减少大学生"体质堕距"现象的发生。

The Phenomenon of College Students’ Physique Lag Reason Grasp---Based on the Analysis of the Status Quo of High School Physical Health Data |

| Abstract: | 15 to 17 years old high school students of 6 high school in Changzhou city , Jiangsu province as the research object, this paper uses the literature material method, interview method, the number of statistical analysis and other methods for years of Changzhou part , to analyze the present situation and problems of high school students physical health. Result shows that: BMI of Changzhou city high school students at the age of 15 between city and rural has the remarkable difference; Forhigh school students at the age of 15from the city or the country, the vital capacity of body mass index had significant difference; For high school students at the age of 15 from the city or the country , 1 000m test has the extremely significant difference; For high school students at the age of 15 from the city or the country , the grip strength of body mass index is extremely significant difference. And from the government, the administrative department of education, the school, parents and students’ perspective, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions, effectively improving the physical quality of high school, the body to lay a good foundation for the university stage, reducing the occurrence of the phenomenon of college students ’ physical constitution lag. |
