高强度间歇训练在青少年赛艇运动员中的应用

摘    要:赛艇是一项力量耐力性运动项目,在全程2 000m比赛过程中,高质量的力量和耐力水平,对取得优异的比赛成绩,具有极其重要的作用。人们对于机体能力的关注,经历了一个漫长的阶段。从持续训练法到法特莱克训练法,从间歇训练及其机制的不断探索到赛艇专项代谢基础研究,从乳酸阈模式到两极化模式,到现在的高强度间歇性训练,耐力训练方式的不断更新,推动着运动员能力的不断提升。因此,如何最大限度地提高赛艇运动员力量和耐力,是赛艇项目教练员一直以来最为关注的问题。

Application of High-Intensity Interval Training in Young Rowers
Abstract:Rowing is an endurance sport, in the whole process in 2000m matches, high quality level of strength and endurance, for achieving excellent results, which plays an important role. People's concern for the body's ability has experienced a long phase. From continuous training to Fartlek training,from the study of interval training and basic research on the mechanism of continuous exploration into rowing specific metabolic,from lactic acid threshold model to polarised pattern,to today's high-intensity interval training,the methods of endurance training constantly updated, promoting the ability of athletes been increasing. Therefore,the matter how to maximize the rowers ' strength and endurance, is what rowing coaches are most concerned about.
