| 摘 要： | 在排球基本技术教学中,应用"运动表象"可帮助学生准确地理解和掌握技术动作,建立正确而清晰的动作表象。实验证明,用该方法教学有利于学生排球基本技术和心理素质的同步提高,对提高排球基本技术教学效果有促进作用。

| Abstract: | In fundamental volleyball technology teaching,move presentation helps students to understand and know correct and clear technology. The experiment proves that students fundamental technology of volleyball and the psychological quality get improved,which has an effect on improving fundamental volleyball technology teaching as well. |
