| 摘 要： | 健美操是一项美的运动,它以独特的魅力,在艺术的殿堂里闪闪发光,成为美的宝库里一颗璀璨的明珠,放射出夺目的光芒。在健美操的教学中,学生不仅能增强自己的体魄,也能体会到其所蕴含的美学特征,从这一层面来说,美育是健美操教学中的一个重要环节。通过分析健美操教学中的美学特征,探讨了健美操教学过程中的美学渗透。

| Abstract: | Aerobics is a beautiful sport, it is glittering in the artistic palace and radiating good blaze as a bright pearl by its own individual glamour. In aerobics teaching, students are not only can enhance their health, but also learn some aesthetics features. From this idea, aesthetics teaching is an important part in aerobics teaching. This paper analyzes the aesthetics features in aerobics teaching and discusses the aesthetics osmosis in aerobics teaching. |
