| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、个案访谈、问卷调查、回归分析等研究方法,讨论普通高校体育课与课外体育活动的关系,得出课外体育活动对体育课教学有促进作用,体育课分数也对课外体育活动产生了积极影响的结论。

| Abstract: | The paper used the methods of literature data, case investigation, questionnaire survey and regression analysis to discuss the relationship between college physical education and extracurricular sport activity. The consequences showed that extracurricular sports activity promoted the physical education and the sport score had positive influence on extracurricular sports activity. |
