| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,根据研究需要,在大量预调查的基础上,结合专家建议,确定了组成中国足球协会国家级初级班裁判员评价的指标体系,确立了组成评价标准中各指标的权重比例.为我国足球协会裁判委员会选拔和培养优秀裁判员提供依据和参考.

| Abstract: | The writer uses the cultural heritage data method, expert interview method, questionnaire method, statistics method to analyze the method with logic, and need according to the research, on the large quantity prepare the inquisition of the foundation, the combination expert suggest, make sured to constitute the preliminary class of national class of Chinese football association the heavy comparison of power for index sign system for umpire evaluating, establishment constituting evaluating each index sign of standard inside. For the board of referee selection of our football association with educate the outstanding umpire to provide the basis to test with. |
