| 摘 要： | 网球运动，随着人们生活水平的提高和日益增强的健身要求，已成为都市人的运动时尚。要普及我国网球运动，就场地和教学训练条件，高等学校是最有基础，也是推动高等学校体育开展自选课程的新途径。使大学生通过对网球运动的欲求和时尚选择，结合终身体育教育进行正诱导，提高教学效益。
