| 摘 要： | 在我国全面推进素质教育的背景下,现代体育教育对体育教师素质提出了新的要求。为此,各级体育教师必须重构体育教育理念,坚持“以人为本、健康第一”的教育思想,充实教育理论;重构创新素质,培养学生的创新精神;重构“学者型”知识结构,拥有广博的知识储备,由“教练型”向“学者型”的转变。

| Abstract: | A new round of modern sports education is being carried out in the situation of our courtrys carrying forward the quality-orienteed education.P.E. teachers should adhere to the guiding principle"people oriented and health first",renew first physical educational ideas,substantiate educational theories,cultivate students creative spirit,try to have a wide knowledge reserve and change from coaches to scholars. |
