摘    要:采用文献法综述了长期有氧运动和高原环境对血液流变性的影响,以及血液流变性改变对有氧能力的提高所起的作用,希望能为在运用红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积等常规指标评价运动员身体机能状态和指导训练时,提供更科学全面的分析线索。

Abstract:With the method of quoting ideas from documents,this paper summarizes the influence that a long-term aerobic training and the altitude environment has on the hemorheological property and in return,the role which the hemorheological property plays in improving the aerobic capacity,with the purpose of supplying more scientific and complete analyzing clues when evaluating the athletes' physiological functions and directing training by means of common biochemical index like RBC,Hb and Hct.
