| 摘 要： | 以访问法、问卷法、文献资料法、逻辑推理法,调查研究浙西南欠发达地区竞技体育后备人才培养现状与社会环境因素。认为改革竞技体育训练管理体制,“融体于教”,吸纳社会资金,宏扬民族精神的教体结合形式,是浙西南欠发迭地区竞技体育后备人才培养可持续发展的主要途经。
