| 摘 要： | 通过与美国SPARK项目的比较探讨中国学校＂阳光体育运动＂的阻滞因素与对策,期望对＂阳光体育运动＂长期和有效地开展起到借鉴作用。中国学校＂阳光体育运动＂的阻滞因素与解决的对策是：运动能力早期性与持续性的统一;整体性与个体性的发展;传统教学内容和现代教学内容的融合;体育课堂与课外体育活动的互相促进;理论课与实践课的相辅相成;运动竞技性与健身性的协调统一。

| Abstract: | This paper compares and discusses Chinese schools＇ sports ＂Sunshine Sports＂ the hindering factors and countermeasures of ＂Sunshine Sports＂ long-term and effectively. Chinese school sports ＂Sunshine Sports＂ to solve the existing problems and the countermeasures are： sports ability and sustainability unite in the early period, integrity and individual development, the combination of traditional teaching with modern teaching, PE lesson and extracurricular sports activities to promote each other, sports practice and theory course development. |
