| 摘 要： | 课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分,也是体育课的拓宽和延伸,更是学生素质提高的前提和保障。通过运用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,从个人、学校、家庭和社会等方面,对大学生参加课外体育活动现状进行分析,发现存在的问题,提出解决方案,以期为继续深化高校体育教学改革提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Extracurriculum activities consists necessarily in school physical education,which is important to training all-round quality of students in high school.By the research methods of literature,comparative analysis etc.,the present situation of participating in extracurriculum activities of part students of high school in person,school,family and society was investigated and analyzed.In order to reform deeply in school physical education,the author put forward the present problems and the countermeasures. |
