| 摘 要： | 利用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对湖州市残疾人开展体育锻炼进行研究。研究表明：湖州市残疾人健身锻炼的人数少，社区中缺乏为残疾人提供健身锻炼的器材和场地、相应的体育指导员和宣传栏中的理论知识。阻碍残疾人体育锻炼的因素有：社区提供的场地不足，残疾人生理上的障碍等，促进残疾人体育锻炼的因素有：强身健体、康复、增强社会交往等，并且部分健全人接受残疾人花钱去健身锻炼。

| Abstract: | Using documents and questionnaire survey methods,this paper made researches in the status of physical activity for disabled persors in Huzhou City.The study shows that only a small number of disabled persons participate in physical activity.Being short of sports equipment and arena for disabled persons in the community and lack of sports instrutors and sports theoretical knowledge obstruct disabled persons from taking part in physical exercise. |
