摘    要:观察运动训练对小鼠心肌脂质过氧化的影响,对经过4周中等强度训练后的两组小鼠,迅速断头取出心脏进行MDA、SOD、GSH测定。结果显示:中等强度运动训练,可降低小鼠心肌力竭运动后及安静时脂质过氧化水平,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,增加安静时心肌组织中还原型谷光甘肽含量。这表明适量运动具有提高抗衰老作用。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of exercise on lipid peroxidation of myocardium in rats.The meth-ods are to compare the date after determining malonaldehyde(MAD)and the superoxide(SOD)and Glu-tathione reduced(GSH)in cardio-cerebral tissues rapidly eat from two groups of rats after4weeks of mod-erate physical training.Results show that moderate physical training reduced the lipid peroxidation level after exhaustive myocardial exercise and while rats were in quiet,promoted SOD activities and increased GSH content in cardio-cerebral tissues of rats in quiet.Conclusion is moderate exercise can resist senility to some extent.
