| 摘 要： | 医学理论和实践的发展，大致经历了经验医学、实验医学和生物-心理-社会医学的三个时期，每个时期都有指导其发展的思维方式。自20世纪50年代以后．随着物质生活水平的大幅度提高，人类健康状况发生了根本性的变化，疾病不再是医学研究的唯一，而对健康的研究已是现代生物-心理-社会医学模式研究的重点。医学模式的转变，客观上提示了体育工作者在关注群众体育活动的同时．要认清形势，进一步研究和探讨有关健康的理论和实践，为体育参与健康服务拓展空间；同时．又为体育与医学如何结合为健康服务．提出了新的课题。

| Abstract: | The development of the theory and practice in medicine has approximately involved three stages-experience medicine,experimental medicine and biological-psychologic-social medicine,in each of which their respective modes of thinking have directed their development. Since 1950's,with the improvement of the standard of material life,a cardinal change has happened in man's phyaical condidition.Diseases are no longer the sole subject of medical research,while the study of man's health has become the focus of the study of the pattern of the modern biological-psychologic-social medicine.The change of the pattern of medicine briefs the P.E.workers objectively should get a clear understanding of situation and further study and explore the theory and practice of man's health so that P.E.can participate in service to health;in the meantime,it puts forward a new problem of how to combine P.E.with medicine for service to health. |
