| 摘 要： | 分析了竞技体育淘汰运动员在终止运动训练后的社会融入问题.目的是解决竞技体育高淘汰率的问题,改善被淘汰运动员的尴尬处境,实现这一特殊群体与社会的无缝对接.结果表明,只要合理引导、开展有针对性的帮扶与支持完全可以实现竞技体育淘汰运动员顺利融入并适应社会.

| Abstract: | This article analyses the social inclusion for competitive sports athletes who were eliminated after the termination of exercise training. Aiming at solving the high attrition rate sports issues, improving the athlete＇s embarrassing situation to integrate this special group with the society smoothly. The results show that as long as a reasonable guide, helping to carry out targeted and support completely eliminated sports athletes can achieve smooth integration and adapt to the society. |
