| 摘 要： | 退役运动员的就业安置工作,关系到中国体育体制改革的深化,关系到竞技体育事业的健康、可持续发展,也关系到社会的和谐稳定。从退役运动员目前的就业途径、就业现状以及影响就业困难因素进行阐述,并提出对策,希望为解决退役运动员就业难的问题提供依据。

| Abstract: | Jobs have relation to the deepening of the reform of the system of physical education in China,having relation to the cause of competitive sports health,sustainable development,and related to social harmony and stability.In this article,the author expounded the present situation of employment and the factors that effect the employment for the retired athletes,the author also put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of employment for the retired athletes. |
