| 摘 要： | 体育课程系高校课程体系中的公共基础部分,以提高学生的身体素质为第1目标。当前,中国高职院校体育教学中存在着教材缺乏针对性、指导思想过时且不符合实际情况、教师及学生重视程度不够等问题,严重影响高职院校体育教学开展及学生身体素质的提高。对此,结合教学经验从配套教材改革、强化体育教学高职特色、变革指导思想、发挥学生的主体性及创新性等方面提出了改进措施,以推动高职院校体育教学及学生身体素质的双重发展。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,higher vocational education in our country there are textbooks lack pertinence,the guiding ideology of outdated and do not conform to the actual situation,the problem of teachers’ and students’ attention degree is not enough,which have serious influence on the body quality of students in higher vocational colleges sports teaching improvement. This combined with teaching experience in supporting materials,strengthening the reform of PE teaching in vocational characteristics,change the guiding ideology,subjectivity and creativity of students in the aspects of improving measures are put forward,in order to promote the both development of physical education in higher vocational colleges and students’ physical quality. |
