| 摘 要： | 冰冻疗法作为急性软组织损伤即刻处理的第一处理方案被推崇至今,但是其生理机制尚不清楚,近年来对于冰冻疗法存在的弊端的声讨声也不断高涨。笔者分别对冰冻疗法的优势和所存在的问题进行简要阐述,同时对目前比较公认的综合冰疗策略进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | Cryotherapy is one of the most common treatment modalities employed in the immediate management of acute soft tissue injury. However,it is efficacy in treating injured human subjects is not yet known. This article discusses the advantage and problems of cryotherapy respectively and also examines some combined strategies of cryothearpy which are more accepted currently. |
