| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等方法调查广东省高校高水平运动队的现实状况，研究广东省高校高水平运动队的办队情况。结果显示：当前广东省高校办高水平运动队普遍存在以下问题：1）高校高水平运动队的招生制度不合理；2）高校高水平运动队的训练水平较低；3）高校高水平运动队的管理较混乱。

| Abstract: | Make a research on the situation of the high level in university sport teams by the way of reading documents and materials and doing the team situation. The main conclusion is that the problems are normally exists＇, At first, enrollment system isn＇t reasonable. Secondly, training level is low. Thirdly, managerial con fusion is obvious. |
