| 摘 要： | 自由基代谢普遍存在于机体各组织.正常情况下,自由基的产生与清除处于平衡状态,而自由基产生过多或机体清除能力下降将给机体带来损害.当前,关于运动与自由基代谢的研究已成为运动医学等领域的研究热点.本文简要讨论了运动对自由基代谢的影响,并对补充外源性抗氧化剂的研究作一综述.

| Abstract: | Free radical metabolism exists widely in many tissues.When the production of free radicals increases and tissues fail to remove it,cellular biomolecules will be damaged.The research on exercise and free radical metabolism now is an important question in the field of sports medicine.The effect of exercise on free radical metabolism and roles of antioxidant is reviewed in this article. |
